I loved the hotel, it had ideal food and people. The room I booked was cleaned and available on upper floors. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator were provided.

This little, clean property has amazing made to orderbreakfasts and welcoming staff. The hotel is set in a nice area, 10 minutes walk to the metro station.

The most important was the staff - top-class and amiable people. I have stayed in suite with a sofa bed that divided the room into 2 and view of the Empire State Building, as for instance for 8 nights.

The bed in my room was dirty.

It was in an ideal location and the room I stayed in was immaculate. It was easy to get Hearing Accessible room and that's great. The staff was willing to help to ensure I had a good stay. Very easy to get from LaGuardia airport, just 0.5 miles. Not to mention efficient wifi!

very good staff and location, i loved to be here. the room i booked was cleaned and available with a beautiful view. the breakfast was included and had lots of meals. set really close to other attractions and times square and the shops and train station in the safe area. fairly nice stay in this hotel.

It was a memorable stay. I liked fairly friendly staff and nice interior. Great rooms felt like home. The location was very central, brilliant. Hotel's restaurant was good and with hot food.

My room had very limited view.

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in New York City. Updated and carpeted room and courteous staff. I liked the room, the bed was great. The view was stunningly beautiful! Hotel was immaculately clean and the service was good. There were stores and big stores around the property.

Its drinks and location were awsome, and for us everything was fine. The room was very pretty nice, comfortable bed. This hotel was in an well kept area. Also, a long-standing department store was max 5 minutes walk to.
